Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VGC Browser software and the vgcbrowser.com website (together, the “Service”), operated by Apex Meridian Group LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Cookie Policy.

1. What VGC Browser is

VGC Browser is desktop software that lets a user create and manage multiple isolated browser profiles, each with its own storage, fingerprint and proxy configuration, plus optional cloud sync and an automation API. It is a productivity tool for account and workflow management.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use VGC Browser for its intended purpose while your subscription (or free tier) is active. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software except as permitted by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use the software and for complying with all applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party website or platform you access through it. You must not use the Service to:

• break the law or facilitate fraud, scams, money laundering, or deceptive practices;
• gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
• send spam, distribute malware, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• violate the terms, policies, or technical protections of any third-party platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. You indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service.

5. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Paid plans are sold as Monthly ($9/month) and Yearly ($79/year) subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, and as a one-time Lifetime ($199) license. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed by third-party providers (PayPal and/or Stripe); we do not store your full card details. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method. See our Billing & Payments page for details.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Refund eligibility and how to cancel are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A free tier (10 profiles, no card required) lets you evaluate the software before paying.

7. Delivery

VGC Browser is delivered digitally: you download the app from vgcbrowser.com and unlock paid features by signing in with your account after payment. There is no physical shipment.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the software, VGC Core engine, branding and website content, is owned by or licensed to Apex Meridian Group LLC and protected by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the software will meet every requirement, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from its use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Meridian Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
