Chính sách bảo mật này giải thích cách VGC Payments LLC — công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn được thành lập tại bang Colorado, Hoa Kỳ, địa chỉ 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, USA ("chúng tôi") — thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin của bạn khi bạn truy cập website vgcbrowser.com, tải và sử dụng ứng dụng VGC Browser (dành cho Windows và macOS) hoặc đăng ký tài khoản VGC Cloud để đồng bộ hồ sơ trình duyệt giữa các thiết bị. 1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Thông tin tài khoản: khi bạn tạo tài khoản VGC Cloud (không bắt buộc — bạn vẫn có thể dùng ứng dụng mà không cần tài khoản), chúng tôi thu thập địa chỉ email và mật khẩu của bạn. Việc xác thực được thực hiện qua nền tảng Supabase; mật khẩu của bạn không bao giờ được lưu ở dạng văn bản gốc — hệ thống chỉ lưu dưới dạng mã băm (hash).
Dữ liệu đồng bộ: các hồ sơ trình duyệt (profile) và phiên làm việc mà bạn chủ động chọn lưu lên VGC Cloud để đồng bộ giữa các thiết bị. Bạn hoàn toàn kiểm soát việc có đồng bộ hay không.
Dữ liệu thanh toán: khi bạn mua gói Pro hoặc Team, thẻ của bạn được xử lý trực tiếp bởi Stripe, Inc. Chúng tôi không bao giờ xem hay lưu số thẻ đầy đủ trên máy chủ của mình — chúng tôi chỉ nhận từ Stripe những thông tin cần thiết cho việc lập hóa đơn và xác nhận giao dịch. Nhật ký kỹ thuật cơ bản: địa chỉ IP, loại thiết bị và hệ điều hành, phiên bản ứng dụng, thời điểm truy cập và nhật ký lỗi — phục vụ việc vận hành, khắc phục sự cố và bảo vệ hệ thống.

2. Chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu để làm gì

Cung cấp dịch vụ: tạo tài khoản, đăng nhập và đồng bộ hồ sơ trình duyệt giữa các thiết bị của bạn.
Thanh toán: quản lý gói đăng ký hằng tháng, gia hạn tự động và xử lý hoàn tiền theo Chính sách thanh toán.
Hỗ trợ khách hàng: trả lời các yêu cầu bạn gửi tới ucc@vgcbrowser.com.
Bảo mật: phát hiện truy cập trái phép, chống gian lận và ngăn chặn lạm dụng dịch vụ.

3. Những điều chúng tôi không làm

Chúng tôi không bán, không cho thuê dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bất kỳ bên nào.
Website vgcbrowser.com không sử dụng cookie quảng cáo hay cookie theo dõi hành vi.
Dữ liệu hồ sơ bạn đồng bộ lên VGC Cloud chỉ được dùng để cung cấp tính năng đồng bộ cho chính bạn, không dùng cho bất kỳ mục đích nào khác.

4. Các bên thứ ba xử lý dữ liệu

Để vận hành dịch vụ, chúng tôi sử dụng các nhà cung cấp sau:

Stripe, Inc. — xử lý thanh toán thẻ. Giao dịch trên sao kê thẻ của bạn hiển thị với tên "VGC PAYMENTS LLC"; tùy loại thẻ, khoản thu có thể được tính bằng USD tương đương giá niêm yết.
Supabase — xác thực tài khoản và lưu trữ dữ liệu đồng bộ VGC Cloud.
LiteSpeed / Hostinger — hạ tầng lưu trữ website.
Google Fonts và jsDelivr CDN — cung cấp font chữ và tập tin tĩnh cho website.

Về cookie và bộ nhớ trình duyệt: chúng tôi chỉ dùng những gì thực sự cần thiết — token đăng nhập (Supabase lưu trong localStorage của trình duyệt), cookie vận hành/bảo mật cơ bản của máy chủ LiteSpeed, và cookie chống gian lận của Stripe chỉ trong quá trình thanh toán. 5. Lưu trữ và xóa dữ liệu

Chúng tôi lưu dữ liệu tài khoản và dữ liệu đồng bộ trong suốt thời gian tài khoản của bạn còn hoạt động. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa toàn bộ tài khoản và dữ liệu bất kỳ lúc nào bằng cách gửi email từ chính địa chỉ email đã đăng ký tài khoản tới ucc@vgcbrowser.com. Một số hồ sơ giao dịch, hóa đơn có thể được giữ lại lâu hơn trong phạm vi pháp luật về kế toán, thuế yêu cầu.

6. Biện pháp bảo mật

Dữ liệu được mã hóa khi truyền qua Internet (HTTPS/TLS). Quyền truy cập vào hệ thống và dữ liệu khách hàng được giới hạn cho những nhân sự thực sự cần đến. Toàn bộ dữ liệu thẻ do Stripe xử lý — chúng tôi không lưu số thẻ đầy đủ. Tuy nhiên, không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; bạn nên dùng mật khẩu mạnh, không dùng lại mật khẩu ở nơi khác và không chia sẻ tài khoản.

7. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có quyền yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu cá nhân mà chúng tôi đang lưu về bạn. Vui lòng gửi yêu cầu tới ucc@vgcbrowser.com từ địa chỉ email tài khoản; chúng tôi sẽ phản hồi trong thời gian sớm nhất có thể.

8. Trẻ em

VGC Browser là sản phẩm dành cho doanh nghiệp và người dùng chuyên nghiệp, không hướng tới người dưới 18 tuổi. Chúng tôi không chủ đích thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em; nếu phát hiện, chúng tôi sẽ xóa dữ liệu đó.

9. Chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế

Máy chủ của chúng tôi và của các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ nêu trên có thể được đặt tại Hoa Kỳ. Khi sử dụng dịch vụ từ bên ngoài Hoa Kỳ (ví dụ tại Việt Nam), bạn hiểu và đồng ý rằng dữ liệu của bạn có thể được truyền tới và lưu trữ tại Hoa Kỳ.

10. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này theo thời gian. Phiên bản mới nhất luôn được đăng tại trang này kèm ngày cập nhật ở đầu trang; với những thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo qua website hoặc email.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VGC Payments LLC — a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, with its address at 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, USA ("we", "us") — collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit vgcbrowser.com, download and use the VGC Browser desktop application (for Windows and macOS), or create a VGC Cloud account to sync browser profiles across devices. VGC Browser is intended for legitimate business use; by using the service you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Data we collect

Account information: when you create an optional VGC Cloud account (the app can be used without one), we collect your email address and password. Authentication is handled through Supabase; your password is never stored in plain text — it is stored only as a cryptographic hash.
Synced data: the browser profiles and sessions you choose to store in VGC Cloud in order to sync them across your devices. Whether to sync is entirely under your control.
Payment data: when you purchase a Pro or Team plan, your card is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store full card numbers on our servers — we only receive the information from Stripe needed for billing and transaction confirmation. See our Payment & Refund Policy.
Basic technical logs: IP address, device type and operating system, application version, access times, and error logs — used to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

2. How we use your data

Providing the service: creating your account, signing you in, and syncing browser profiles across your devices.
Billing: managing monthly subscriptions, auto-renewals, and refunds under our Payment Policy.
Customer support: responding to requests sent to ucc@vgcbrowser.com.
Security: detecting unauthorized access, preventing fraud, and stopping abuse of the service.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
The vgcbrowser.com website uses no advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.
Profile data you sync to VGC Cloud is used solely to deliver the sync feature back to you, and for no other purpose.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on the following service providers to operate the service:

Stripe, Inc. — card payment processing. The charge on your card statement appears as "VGC PAYMENTS LLC"; depending on your card and processor, the charge may be made in the USD equivalent of the listed price.
Supabase — account authentication and the backend for VGC Cloud sync data.
LiteSpeed / Hostinger — web hosting infrastructure.
Google Fonts and jsDelivr CDN — delivery of static fonts and scripts for the website.

Regarding cookies and browser storage: we use only what is strictly necessary — authentication tokens (stored by Supabase in your browser's localStorage), basic hosting/security cookies from LiteSpeed, and Stripe's fraud-prevention cookies during checkout only. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and synced data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your entire account and data at any time by emailing ucc@vgcbrowser.com from the email address registered to your account. Certain transaction and invoicing records may be retained longer where accounting or tax laws require it.

6. Security measures

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and access to systems and customer data is restricted to personnel who genuinely need it. All card data is handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers. No system is perfectly secure, however; we recommend using a strong, unique password and not sharing your account.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Please send your request to ucc@vgcbrowser.com from your account email address; we will respond as promptly as we can.

8. Children

VGC Browser is a product for businesses and professional users and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if we discover such data, we will delete it.

9. International data transfers

Our servers and those of the providers listed above may be located in the United States. If you use the service from outside the US (for example, from Vietnam), you understand and agree that your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with the date shown at the top; for material changes, we will notify you via the website or by email.
