This page explains how Apex Meridian Group LLC bills for VGC Browser. It works together with our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Plans & prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

2. Accepted payment methods

We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via our payment processors. Payment pages are hosted by PayPal and/or Stripe over encrypted (TLS) connections.

3. Recurring billing & auto-renewal

Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period using your chosen payment method, until you cancel. You will be charged the then-current price for the plan. The Lifetime plan is a single one-time charge with no renewal.

4. Billing descriptor

Charges appear on your statement as “APEX MERIDIAN GROUP”. If you don’t recognize a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute — we resolve most issues within 1–2 business days.

5. Payment security

Payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers (PayPal, Stripe). We never see or store your full card number; we only receive a confirmation and limited details needed to manage your subscription.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal fails, the provider may retry and we’ll notify you by email so you can update your method. Access to paid features may pause until payment succeeds.
